Illustration Friday: Deja Vu

It happened to me when I was visiting San Francisco for the first time. Our car climbed on top of the hill and I saw this bright blue glowing infinity. At that moment I felt like I already saw it. It was so familiar, so obvious and assuring. And it was absolutely impossible.

Still I thought I had already been there somewhere in time. Somewhere around late 50s - early 60s, way before I was born.

  5. Really like your illustration. I like how there's a lot of white, being able to see clouds in the windows. I checked out Aleutie Design and I couldn't help but think that all of your work (that I saw) has a nice happiness to them.

If you don't already illustrate children's books you really could with your style.

  10. I had the exact same experience the first time I visited San Francisco. I had this weird sense that I'd been there before - especially on the hills.

    I dream about it, too.

    Love this.
