Pork Ribs Marinated

We couldn't find any turkey or it's parts in grocery stores yesterday, so I am marinating pork ribs for tomorrow's dinner. Actually, I prefer it this way :)

And since I always had authority issues, I semi-improvised the recipe. So let's here it for my Oriental-ish Pork Ribs Marinade!

1/2 cup or water
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/2 cup of white vinegar
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 of a pineapple, chopped
plus a lot of:
garlic
paprika
cayenne
black pepper

I am planning to let it marinating for 24 hours and then bake in an oven until heavenly. I bet they will give any turkey a run for it's money. Well, we'll see. Happy holidays, fellow Canadians and all good people who decided to join!

  1. Oh, interesting. I cannot imagine how the pineapple changes the taste of pork, have never had it sweet!

  2. You should try it! Pineapples compliment pork perfectly, giving it that sweet-and-sour oriental flavor.
