Easiest Oatmeal Cookies Ever!

I made them yesterday evening and it took me just about 30 min from the moment I have realized that I could kill for an oatmeal cookie and to the point when I took the bunch out of the oven. Really - it's this simple and quick.

You just throw everything in a big bowl:

2 1/2 cup of oatmeal
1/2 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1 table spoon of sour cream
1 table spoon of honey
1 table spoon of butter (or margarine)
handful of raisins
1 tea spoon of cinnamon
pinch of baking soda

and mix nicely. Then lay out on the backing sheet (covered with a foil) with a table spoon (dunk it in the water from time to time).

I highly recommend to make the cookies not round, but long and dunkable. They go so well with a heavy, bitter red wine (Merlot or Shiraz I think are the best). Milk will go nicely too, I suppose :) Happy weekend y'all!

PS. Forgot to tell: they cook for about 15 min on 390F.

And now I am trying my brand-new linky widget. Share your friday recipe! Leave the link to your blog here:
